Working under celebrated American chef and restaurateur Rick Bayless, who specializes in traditional Mexican cuisine with modern interpretations, Chef Billy comes to tok off the back of a recent collabration at the esteemed Michelin rated ‘Ojo’ in Bangkok.
The chef takeover menu is available exclusively over the weekend of the 15th - 16th February, 2025.
